Clare previously lived in Dublin, Ireland and was a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and their Division of Work and Organisational Psychologists (DWOP). In 2021 DWOP celebrated 20 years and had a special feature in the PSI ‘The Irish Psychologist’ magazine
