We are delighted that we have now sent out 6 months worth of newsletters for CMCBP. We began sharing these with our mailing audience in January and since then it has been growing and improving! We are so proud of these newsletters as we work hard in focusing on something different each month, with each newsletter having a different theme (see below). We are currently living in time of great change, especially in the world of work and we like to think we have shed some light and shared some helpful resources to make the situation and working from home that little bit easier.
These 6 months have flown by, and it has also been 12 months since Siobhan joined the team! Thank you for the continued support on our newsletters and we would love to hear any ideas you may have about themes we can focus on or topics you would like to hear/learn more about to include in the newsletters. More recently we have began to include a series of coaching cards in our newsletters; interactive exercises you can work through individually or part of a team, focusing on personal development in your current role and how to progress to the best of your ability. We will be sharing two of these coaching cards every month and they will be released first exclusively to our newsletter audience. So, if you would like to have access to these coaching cards before anyone else, sign up to our newsletter here! Read our past newsletters below.
- January – with focus on introducing ourselves, how to become motivated, achieving New Years’ resolutions, and sharing events that Clare was a guest speaker at.
- February – focused on career development, learning to love your job, and gave an insight into what the team at CMCBP have been up to.
- March – focused on International Women’s Day as well as the then recent changes of working from home and tips on staying positive during these unusual times. We included how we, as a small business, adapted to the changes and talked about what we had been up to this month, as well as a talk Clare did on the Neuropsychology of Decision Making.
- April – this month we offered advice and tips on how to adapt to working at home during lockdown, how to manage teams remotely, and how to take some time for yourself, as this is just as important.
- May – which focused on Mental Health Awareness week in May, personal growth and career transitions.
- June – In this month’s we began to share some coaching resources with to allow time to reflect on your current role and your position in the workplace. We currently use these resources alongside coaching with our clients but are now sharing them with our newsletter audience. We also focused on our role in the Black Lives Matter movement and shared ways in which we can all help and become a better ally.
Please do get in touch with us if there is anything you would like to hear more information about or learn something about that we can focus on in our newsletters. As always, any feedback is welcome and thank you again for all of the support for our wee business!
