Today we shared our July Newsletter with our audience.
This month’s newsletter focused on psychological burnout and the importance of taking some time off in order to allow ourselves to relax and return to work with a fresh mindset. We shared resources which can help you do this, such as a list of feel-good summer films. We also shared a recent blog we wrote on the benefits of self-care which included lots of evidence-based research as well as a ‘wellbeing checklist’ to complete to measure whether we currently look after ourselves enough.
The next two coaching cards in our coaching card series were shared in July’s Newsletter; the exercises were the Wheel of Life and the WOOP Coaching Model. These will be shared later on our website, so if you would like exclusive first access to our coaching cards, sign up to our newsletter.
We will continue to share any new resources we come across to support the Black Lives Matter movement and educate ourselves. Clare is also hosting a webinar with Promanchester so the details for this are included in this months newsletter as well as what CMCBP have been up to in July.
