Clare completed a programme with Oxford Brookes University in Coaching Supervision. This is a wonderful programme that provides a deep dive into coaching supervision and reflexivity of the supervisor. The programme is completed in stages and details of the programme can be found here
Clare completed stage 1 which included reading, supervision practice, peer supervision, and then 8 days online training with a wonderful cohort of other supervisors. Stage 2 was supervision of myself from programme leads and then Stage 3 was the completion of an assessment to share my supervision philosophy and my supervision model. After all this work Clare was delighted to receive her certificate and award for the successful completion of all stages.
